Pyro Labz Shipping Policy

1. Introduction and Scope

This Shipping Policy ("Policy") applies to all orders placed through the Pyro Labz online store located at pyrolabz.com ("Site"). By placing an order on our Site, you ("Customer") acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Policy. This Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service and should be read in conjunction with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

Pyro Labz ("we," "us," or "our") operates as a retail storefront that partners with independent third-party print-on-demand and dropshipping fulfillment suppliers. We do not manufacture, warehouse, package, or physically ship any products ourselves. All fulfillment operations are carried out exclusively by our supplier network.


2. Fulfillment Partners & Third-Party Suppliers

All products sold through Pyro Labz are fulfilled and shipped directly by third-party suppliers, including but not limited to Tapstitch, Apliiq, and other fulfillment partners (collectively, "Suppliers"). By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • Pyro Labz does not take physical possession of any product at any point in the fulfillment process.
  • Fulfillment, packaging, quality control, and shipping are the sole operational responsibility of the applicable Supplier.
  • Delivery timelines, carrier selection, and shipping methods are determined at the Supplier's discretion.
  • Pyro Labz makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the actions, performance, or reliability of any Supplier or carrier.

Pyro Labz reserves the right to change, add, or remove fulfillment partners at any time without prior notice to customers.


3. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and submitted to the fulfilling Supplier within 2–7 business days of payment confirmation. Processing time is defined as the period between order placement and the time the order is handed off to the Supplier for production and shipment. Processing time is separate from and in addition to shipping transit time.

Processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume, holidays, supplier production delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Pyro Labz shall not be held liable for delays in processing that originate from Supplier-side operations.


4. Estimated Shipping Times

The following shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier capacity, geographic location, customs processing, weather events, or other factors outside of our or our Suppliers' control.

  • United States (Domestic): 5–15 business days after fulfillment
  • Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia:10–21 business days after fulfillment
  • Rest of World / International: 14–30 business days after fulfillment

Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States and applicable holidays in the Supplier's country of operation. Pyro Labz does not guarantee delivery by any specific date and shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or inconveniences arising from shipping delays.


5. Shipping Carriers

Carriers are selected at the sole discretion of our fulfillment Suppliers based on product type, destination, and availability. Carriers may include, but are not limited to, USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Canada Post, and other regional or international carriers. Pyro Labz has no authority to request or guarantee the use of any specific carrier for any given order.


6. International Shipping & Customs

Pyro Labz ships to over 100 countries worldwide. International customers are solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by their country's customs authority. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout and are entirely outside the control of Pyro Labz and our Suppliers.

Pyro Labz is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by customs clearance processes
  • Packages held, seized, or returned by customs authorities
  • Additional fees assessed after delivery
  • Refusals of delivery due to customs non-compliance

By placing an international order, you agree to accept full responsibility for compliance with all applicable import laws and regulations in your country. If a package is returned to the Supplier due to customs refusal or failure to pay applicable duties, Pyro Labz is not obligated to issue a refund or reship the order.


7. Missing, Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Pyro Labz expressly disclaims all liability for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged during transit. Once an order has been accepted by a carrier from our fulfillment Supplier, all responsibility for the safe and timely delivery of that package transfers to the carrier.

Pyro Labz does not own, operate, or control any shipping carrier and therefore cannot be held responsible for carrier errors, mishandling, theft from delivery locations, or acts of nature that result in non-delivery or damage.

In the event of a missing or damaged shipment, we encourage customers to:

  1. Review the tracking information associated with your order for the most current status
  2. Allow additional time, as packages occasionally experience carrier-side delays before updating
  3. Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number to file a claim
  4. Reach out to Pyro Labz at [your support email] so we may assist in facilitating communication with the Supplier or carrier on a best-effort basis

Please be advised: Any resolution for lost or damaged packages — including replacement or refund — is subject entirely to the policies and discretion of the fulfilling Supplier and/or the shipping carrier. Pyro Labz makes no guarantee of reimbursement and shall not be held financially liable for the value of any lost or damaged shipment.


8. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Customers bear full responsibility for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at the time of checkout. Pyro Labz and our Suppliers are not responsible for orders that are undeliverable, returned, or lost due to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer.

If you identify an address error after placing your order, you must contact us immediately at [your support email]. Address corrections can only be made if the order has not yet entered the fulfillment or production stage. Once an order has been submitted to a Supplier, address changes may not be possible, and Pyro Labz assumes no liability for the resulting outcome.

Orders returned to a Supplier due to an undeliverable address may be subject to additional reshipping fees, and Pyro Labz is not obligated to cover such costs.


9. Order Tracking

Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for carrier systems to reflect updated tracking information.

Pyro Labz is not responsible for tracking information that is delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable due to carrier system limitations. If tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact the carrier directly before reaching out to our support team.


10. Split Shipments

Because Pyro Labz works with multiple fulfillment Suppliers, orders containing products from different Suppliers may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. You may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order. This is normal and does not indicate a missing or incomplete order.


11. Force Majeure

Pyro Labz and our Suppliers shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in fulfillment or delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, acts of war or terrorism, government restrictions, labor strikes, carrier disruptions, or any other event constituting force majeure. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate delays and resume normal operations as soon as practicable.


12. Modifications to This Policy

Pyro Labz reserves the right to modify, update, or replace this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. We encourage customers to review this Policy periodically.
